All Glen-Drake Toolworks products are guaranteed for your life against defects in workmanship and materials. In addition, you may return any tool that you purchase directly from us within 30 days of purchase and expect full credit or a full refund.
If you would like to return a tool that was purchased through one of our dealers, then that tool is subject to the terms and conditions of that dealer and must be returned to us through that dealer. Please contact us however if you are having a problem with one of our tools, regardless of the point of sale. We will be happy to honor our guarantee directly.
